About this house
With a lovely location close to Ordrup Næs, this lovely holiday home is where everything superfluous has been cut out to make room for presence, family time and unforgettable holiday home memories.
The small main house of 30 square meters has everything you need if you're just a small family. In the lovely kitchen family room with sofa bed, there is room for cozy moments in both summer and winter with favorite movies, a good board game or good conversations over a cold glass of wine. From the living room there is access to the garden, where you'll find both a newly built and older insulated annex, so there's also plenty of opportunity to bring family and friends. In summer, the house can accommodate up to ten guests, but as the new annex is not winter-friendly, the house is only suitable for 4-6 guests in the coldest months.
The large, secluded garden is a true mecca for children and active souls with a trampoline, basketball hoop, football pitch, pole tennis and fire pit, and if you prefer to relax, you can enjoy the sun all day from your dream bed overlooking the newly planted flower meadow. There's peace and quiet, but also a wealth of experiences right outside the garden gate.
