About this house
Step into a unique apartment where industrial heritage meets modern comfort. The high ceilings, large windows, and open floor plan are a testament to the building's past as a factory, while warm wooden floors and contemporary décor create a welcoming atmosphere where you will immediately feel at home.
The 118 m² ground floor apartment offers a harmonious blend of raw details and modern conveniences. From the bright living room, you have direct access to your private 25 m² wooden terrace, which is perfect for breakfast and evening relaxation.
The terrace is your private oasis in the city, where you can enjoy the sun from morning until late afternoon. It is the perfect place to start the day with a cup of coffee or end it with a glass of wine under the open sky.
You will be staying in the heart of the charming Trøjborg neighborhood, where cobbled streets lead you to artisan bakeries and cozy cafés. Take a relaxing walk in Riis Forest, enjoy the sunset at the waterfront, or explore Aarhus' vibrant cultural life, which always offers new experiences.
