About this house

Amidst the dune landscape and raw nature lies 'Skrænten,' a stunning, newly renovated cottage. A private path of just twenty meters connects this little gem to a beautiful sandy beach, and every detail has been thought of. One twist: the house has no windows. But there's a very special reason for that - glass doors have been prioritized in all rooms instead. This creates a good amount of light while allowing access from every room, giving you the feeling of letting nature completely inside. The heart of the house is the spacious kitchen and living room in open connection, where you can chat while one of you cooks while the other lounges on the sofa or enjoys the warmth of the wood-burning stove. From the room there is access to an enclosed patio with a lovely wooden terrace, and it's great to be able to walk directly from the kitchen and outside to the cozy outdoor area.

The cottage also offers three lovely bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have bunk beds, and the last bedroom with a double bed has two patio doors that let in plenty of light. The house's bathroom is nice and large and has a lovely sauna, so you can enjoy the seaside hotel and wellness atmosphere that the hosts deliberately set out to create when they renovated the house.

There's actually an entrance to the sauna from the terrace, so with the short distance to the beach, it's ideal for a winter dip followed by the hot steam in the sauna - a true spa atmosphere. Outside, the wellness theme continues as the 90 square meter patio also features a hot tub on the wooden terrace and an outdoor shower to rinse off the beach sand. There's also a large, beautiful lounge area built from reclaimed wood to lounge in with a cool drink in the summer heat, with large lighted umbrellas to soak up the atmosphere. If you fancy a campfire or barbecue, you'll also find a barbecue on the terrace.

'Skrænten' is located in the dune conservation zone, in the middle of the raw nature, and there is a twenty meter private path down to the most beautiful beach.

Although there is room for six guests, the house is best suited for four, as there are four dining areas.
