About this house
Just 400 meters from the waters of Småland, you'll find a lovely old crofter's cottage with Kalø Grå Nature Reserve as your nearest neighbor. The cottage has been completely renovated with the original soul and charm of the house in mind, and this is also evident in the interior design. There are a total of three bedrooms with double beds and the option of two extra beds on a sofa bed. The first floor offers six of the bedrooms and the last two are on the ground floor. Here you'll also find a lovely, bright living room with a view of the water from the sofas. There's a large, cozy wood-burning stove and a lovely seating area that creates a cozy atmosphere. The kitchen has everything you need to cook great meals and the dishwasher takes care of the dishes. The house is surrounded by a large south-facing garden with several cozy seating areas, a small and idyllic courtyard and a large terrace with barbecue and fire pit. From the garden there is a view of the open fields. On the other side of the house is a cozy seating area with sea and sunset views.
