The holiday home was completely renovated in 2020 and offers space for the whole family. Inside, the color palette has been played with, giving the house a good energy and unpretentious atmosphere. There are terraces on both sides of the house, so you can enjoy the beautiful maritime views both morning and evening. Øer Maritime Ferieby is an architect-designed holiday village with countless activities for both young and old. There is free access to the swimming pool, sports hall, mini golf, playground with bouncy castle, tennis courts and much more.

The location provides a unique opportunity to sail on a summer cottage vacation. It's the perfect combination of being in nature, close to cozy Ebeltoft and having all the options for activities in the holiday town. Here you'll also find the lock, which is a small local attraction where people gather to watch the beautiful boats come in and out of the marina. In summer, the nearby ice cream parlor makes the best ice cream cones you can find.

The area around the resort also invites you to take a walk on the Øer trail, crossing heathland, forest and beach. It's not far to Øer Gårdbutik, which is open in the summer and hosts flea markets and barbecues. Here you'll find many great flea market finds for your vacation home and lots of delicious bread from "Simons Brød".
