About this house
On a dead-end gravel road, you'll find a cozy and authentic cottage all to yourself. It's quiet, peaceful and still close to the city. The cottage was built by a master carpenter in the 1950s and has since been painted white on the inside, but there are many small effects that hark back in time.
The interior is decorated with nostalgia and space for togetherness. The living room has a lovely dining area and a sofa area where you can light up the wood-burning stove on colder days. The living room also has a dining area for six people and open access to the small kitchen. The decor is cozy with old furniture and interiors in light pastels. There is a large bedroom with a double bed and chest of drawers. The children's room has a three-quarter bed and a good bunk bed, so there's room for four children or teenagers. From the cottage's living room, there is access to a nice covered terrace where you can almost always find shelter. The lawn is large and there's plenty of room to play on the trampoline and relax in the outdoor furniture. The garden behind goes down to a small stream where you can hear the water running - the only thing that breaks the silence.
The cottage is too cold in winter to live in, but when spring turns to summer, this peaceful place is an essential place to seek solitude and tranquility.
